Executive Chef Mitch Cavanah is an industry veteran who has worked in some of Chicago’s most acclaimed kitchens like the Peninsula Chicago Hotel. Cavanah brings his casually artistic flair to Morgan’s Catering’s culinary program with dishes such as duck prosciutto, scallop ceviche, tomato caramel glazed pork belly, and Beef Wellington with black truffle sauce.

Morgan’s Catering offers plated coursed dinners, and cocktail-style food stations, business lunches, and everything in between. Stations pay tribute to Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods, such as The Pilsen (smoked chicken empanadas, tacos carnitas, pulled mushroom tacos, rice, beans) and The Chinatown (duck spring rolls, peanut noodle salad, sesame chicken, black pepper beef, vegetable fried rice).
